Summer League gets underway June 18

No time to rest on our laurels as summer league at Curtis High School starts June 18. We will be playing five games starting June 18 and ending July 23.
The cost of the league is $155,so I plan on dividing that between the players. My hope is we can get 10-15 players committed to playing, so we have an inexpensive chance to play polo during the summer. Remember to play you have to be registered with US Water Polo. To do this go to USA Water Polo.com and click on the "To Join" section. Make sure you sign up as a new member which costs $30 for three months. Also if it asks for a club name, register under Puget Sound Polo. This will also save us money. Games will be played on Sundays at Curtis High School on the following dates: June 18, 25; July 2, 9 and 23. This league will offer tough competition, but it will just make us that much better as we prepare to defend our league title next spring. My hope is all returning players will be able to participate. We will practice on those Tuesdays and Thursdays that the pool has Adult water polo from 7-8:30. Of course, two games will have been played before the Puyallup Pool reopens for the summer.
